I work directly with founders and operating teams to turn messy processes and disconnected tools into software people can rely on. That might be a focused automation, a business-critical internal platform, or a new product taken from idea to launch.
My approach is calm, collaborative and deliberately hands-on: understand the operation, build the simplest sound system, then make it observable and maintainable.
I have a particular interest in property management systems, from finance and reporting to day-to-day operations.
